Hard to find item, shipped quickly at good price.

I''m the cook in the family and I love my Cuisinart food processor. I received it as a Christmas gift over ten years ago and the motor is still going strong. The bowl had two big cracks in it after almost daily use for all those years. I considered buying a new replacement for the processor but the base unit is as good as it was on day one, so I decided to buy not one but three bowls so that I don't have to stop and wash it out while making a large dinner. Now I can just switch out the bowl and quickly clean the one lid and blade. It solved a lot of problems. When you're cooking, timing is everything. Now I don't have to take time out while cooking to clean a bowl. Now for the well deserved praise for Seneca Trading. The bowl they sell fit perfectly snug in the base as did the lid. In fact, it fits better than I remember. The one takeaway I'd like to leave here is that to replace the bowl with the correct one, it really helps to look on the bottom of the original bowl to make sure you order the correct one. Mine was stamped with FP-631AGTX on the bottom. So I Googled that part number and Seneca came up and I read all the reviews and felt it was work trying out. I'm so happy I did. The part was priced very reasonably. They arrived nicely protected in their shipping container and they even arrived before the promised date. THANK YOU!

The work bowl I received fit my DLC-10 perfecting, unfortunately I did not pay attention and purchased a non-Tritan bowl, no worries I found a lid on eBay.

I first contacted Seneca river with a request to match my existing lids to a possible bowl replacement. My queries were answered quickly and, evidently, accurately since the bowl I was advised to order is a perfect fit. At this point I should mention that replacement bowls for s Cuisinart DLC-10S are difficult to source unless one is willing to replace everything, bowl, lids, pushers with Tritan replacements which would make the whole exercise pointless as the cost possibly would exceed the purchase price of a new processor. So, score a few points there. Further, the order was promptly shipped the next day and was delivered before the expected date. In Canada. So, extremely satisfied and pleased with the process and product.
